Galashiels and District Amateur Operatic Society
Our 2015 Production, ‘Hairspray’, exceeded all our expectations being a huge success for the Society, and much enjoyed by the Company and public alike. This year’s show ‘Sunshine on Leith’, licenced by Josef Weinberger Ltd, is new to the Company and set in Leith, Edinburgh, following the loves and lives of 2 returning soldiers and their families. Many of you, will of course know the songs of ‘The Proclaimers’, and coupled with good Scottish ‘banter’, makes for a very heart warming show.
