This year, Borders College Students’ Association is supporting Tiny Changes. As you may know this is a local charity Sound Cycle Support which is raising awareness for young people’s mental health issues.

On Thursday 10th October (World Mental Health Day), Borders College Students’ Association are hosting a ‘Tiny Changes’ mental health event at Borders College. The aim of the event is to encourage students to make tiny changes to their lives to make things a little bit better for themselves and others around them.
