This year, Borders College Students’ Association is supporting Tiny Changes. As you may know this is a local charity Sound Cycle Support which is raising awareness for young people’s mental health issues.
On Thursday 10th October (World Mental Health Day), Borders College Students’ Association are hosting a ‘Tiny Changes’ mental health event at Borders College. The aim of the event is to encourage students to make tiny changes to their lives to make things a little bit better for themselves and others around them.
Linking in with this years Diversity Week theme we would love for local organisations and charities to join us to promote good mental health through the value of kindness; to yourself, to others and to the environment.
